1 Lap back pedal => 2 forward rolls => 10 Sec handstand hold => 10 reverse lunges => 10 Air Squats => 5 burpees

Skill: sumo deadlift or deadlift

WOD: 12 min AMRAP
9 deadlift
12 push ups 
15 box jumps

Mobility: foam roll
